THE RISK OF JOB BURNOUT FOR INTERNSHIP STUDENT IN THE HOTEL INDUSTRY IN JAKARTA

The goal of this dissertation is to discover the existence of Burnout in the circle of internship student in hotel industry. The dissertation will start with some background information about burnout, aim of the dissertation and the objective of creating the dissertation. Continue with literature review about hotel industry, job burnout and Burnout. There will be primary research from using survey methodology and it will use only questionnaires to get the student biodata, multiple choice question about burnout symptoms, work environment, and job satisfaction. The secondary research will be based on the findings in the literature review that supporting the primary research questions. Afterward there will be analysing data, making conclusion and lastly give recommendation for handling job burnout for hospitality internship student.
