TOURIST MOTIVATION AND SATISFACTION CASE OF WEST SUMATRAPROVINCE INDONESIA

The purpose of this research focuses on tourist motivation and satisfaction while travelling to West Sumatra province, Indonesia. The study aims to examine tourist socio-demography, the level of tourist motivation and satisfaction, to investigate the affect of tourist demography to push and to pull motivation also to satisfaction then the affect of the motivation towards tourist satisfaction through a quantitative approach using questionnaire with a population of 28,583,747 tourists in central statistics data with a sample 208 respondents.
