THE IMPACT OF PRODUCT AND SERVICE QUALITY OF COCOBROWNIE TOWARDS CONSUMER SATISFACTION
Despite the economic crisis caused by the recession, the dessert industry is
quickly increasing. Online commerce in Indonesia is expanding fast, resulting in
establishment of several online stores. Numerous elements that impact customer
purchases at online businesses, one of which is product information. Online stores
cannot be directly monitored against ratings; they can only give good service to
consumers before and after the purchase transaction. By analysing the impact of
product and service quality towards consumer satisfaction, hope the online businesses
may grow better.
This research analysed the impact of product and service quality towards
consumer satisfaction on CocoBrownie. This research method is descriptive
quantitative. The data obtained in this study were collected through distributing
questionnaires to 104 respondents who bought CocoBrownie.
