THE CASE OF BRAND IMAGE AND BRAND TRUST ON CUSTOMER LOYALTY IN WHEATLEY DURING THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC
In this era, many people makes their own business especially in this pandemic
days. It is really impacting the economic and a lot of people struggles. When making
a business, it needs an image so later customer will know what is brand about. It is
really important to have brand image and in the end it becomes brand trust. Seeing
customer have their own trust towards the brand is very satisfying and it is not easy.
Prioritize the brand image will resulting brand trust and then customer might be loyal.
It will be having a good impact to the brand especially in this covid-19 pandemic.
The research objective is to know the influence of brand image and brand trust
towards customer loyalty in Wheatley during covid-19 pandemic, as the pandemic
just hit recently to the world and giving a big impact towards the brand.
This research used descriptive method with quantitative approach. Primary
data were collected from questionnaire that were distributed only for the customer of
Wheatley, and the total is 103 respondents.
